As The Story, Life & Business Curator™, Tonya’s approach is rooted in three pillars:

1. Story Curation — “Your story deserves to be curated, not carried alone.”

Tonya helps women make sense of their lived experiences by extracting lessons, rewriting outdated narratives, and shaping their personal stories into sources of strength, visibility, and influence. Through guided prompts, identity reframing, and signature-story mapping, she helps clients move from silence or shame to clarity, courage, and purpose.

2. Life Curation — “Reclaiming your power begins with reorganizing your life.”

Tonya supports women in assessing where they are, releasing what no longer serves them, and rebuilding a life aligned with their values, identity, and future vision. Through life audits, boundary-setting frameworks, and reinvention planning, she curates a new pathway for women to walk in their truth with power, dignity, and intention.

3. Business Curation — “Your story is your strategy.”

Tonya helps women transform their personal stories into digital products, coaching offers, brand content, and revenue streams. She curates their business ideas through structured systems, storytelling-based marketing, and quiet-income pathways that honor who they are — without burnout, overwhelm, or comparison.

Her signature approach blends lived wisdom, community impact, corporate expertise, and deep empathy for the challenges many Black women face as grandmothers, caregivers, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Tonya believes reinvention is always possible, no matter your age, what you’ve been through, or the weight you’ve carried.

Her Mission

To help women reclaim their power by curating their stories, restructuring their lives, and redesigning their businesses — so they can step boldly into the legacy they were born to create.

Her Movement

Tonya’s work reaches across her coaching programs, her Today’s Black Grandmothers podcast, her retreats, journals, signature events, and the national Voices of Black Grandmothers community. Through every platform, she curates spaces where women feel seen, supported, valued, and empowered to write the next chapter of their lives.

Her Promise

“You bring the story you’ve lived.
I help you curate the story you’re becoming.”
